In addition, the said special rate is only applicable for filming in NYC Tri-State area - Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, S.I., Hudson Valley, Long Island’s Nassau and Suffolk counties, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut.
